Meet Karina

The Designer Behind the Screen

Hi! I’m Karina Paviotti, the founder and creative mind behind Design by Karina. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been living in the Netherlands for the past four years, calling Rotterdam home. My journey from South America to Europe has shaped my design approach—blending Brazil’s bold creativity with the Netherlands’ clean, modern aesthetic.

Before starting my own studio, I worked as a Product Designer at Uber, where I focused on creating seamless digital experiences. That’s where I fell in love with designing intuitive, engaging, and strategic websites. Today, I bring that same expertise to small and medium-sized businesses that want to stand out online.
